HR Administrator

Remote

In this important role, staying super organized and making sure everything is accurate will be your main focus. You'll play a huge part in making sure all employee data is tracked and managed really efficiently and precisely. From getting employment contracts ready to keeping employee records detailed and up-to-date, your amazing eye for detail will be essential. This means not only protecting sensitive info but also proactively making processes smoother to improve data access and compliance. You'll be a key player in maintaining a solid and accurate HR database, directly helping our HR functions run smoothly.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Employee Administration
  • Organizing on- and offboarding
  • Scheduling Annual Review Cycle meets
  • Creating Employee Contracts
  • Talent Sourcing for Recruitment

Must Have

  • HR Degree
  • Super eye for detail
  • Perfect written English and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-starter mentality
  • Based in India

Nice to have

  • Experience in international organizations
  • Experience working with Google Suite

  • Monthly CTC ranging from ₹ 35K to ₹ 50K. (Final Salary will be decided based on the relevant skills, experience and interview ratings)
